New International Degree-Seeking (F-1) Student Orientation

Add to Calendar 2022-08-17 09:00:00 2022-08-17 17:00:00 New International Degree-Seeking (F-1) Student Orientation This orientation covers information that you, as an international student, need to know, whether this is your first time in the U.S. or you have studied here already. The orientation also provides a wonderful opportunity for you to meet other international students. It’s a great way for you to begin your Loyola experience! Orientation attendance is mandatory for all new international students. There will be presentations on important information such as adjusting to life in the United States, living in New Orleans, maintaining your visa status, and more. A tentative program schedule can be found here. At the end of orientation, there will be a short quiz for understanding, as well as a final submission of your travel documents. CIE is looking forward to seeing you!  IMPORTANT: Orientation for Fall 2022 will be held both in-person and online. In the event that you cannot attend our scheduled in-person events, all components are available to be accessed on the CIE Orientation webpage.
